This image is part of my MFA project at the Documentary Media program at Ryerson University (Toronto, where else). I did not present it at my graduation show (my mistake) and since then I’ve never had the opportunity to print it properly – so in many ways it still doesn’t exists.

My grandparents from my mother side had two small 15th century Flemish landscape paintings. They came from Poland. When I look at this image I think of them. They were not really my grandparents, but thats a long story for some other time.
